E-signature by region — plan

A legally valid qualified electronic signature in Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia requires integration with a certified provider (e.g. national trust services / local QES operators) and a service contract. It is not a generic in-app library: you choose a provider per country, plus APIs for signing and storing evidence of the signature.

In this version of Fascikle we keep archive preparation and an audit trail; the e-signature module comes as a separate phase once you define region and provider.

Serbia (RS)

Alignment with domestic QES / trust requirements and your chosen trust provider. Signing and validation go through their API; the app stores documents, metadata, and activity log entries.

Montenegro (ME)

Same principle as RS: local operator and contract; integration per provider specification, without a “hard-coded” signature inside Fascikle alone.

Croatia (HR)

eIDAS framework and national services; choice of qualified provider and technical flows for qualified signatures in line with HR practice.
