The Fascikle software is provided “as is”. No guarantee is given that the application will be error-free at all times or meet every specific regulatory requirement without further configuration and legal review by the customer.

For the cloud service, the operator provides regular backups as described in the terms of use. Users remain responsible for password strength, device security, organisational behaviour, and any extra copies required by law or internal policy. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability for indirect damage (e.g. lost profit) is excluded, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
